Web3 Community Manager | Inference Labs - Auditable Autonomy
Location: Hamilton, ON or Hybrid, Full Time
About Inference Labs:
Inference Labs is advancing a new standard for AI infrastructure where autonomy becomes verifiable at the source. We develop systems that allow organizations to directly validate what their AI models computed, removing intermediaries from the audit process and enabling transparent, defensible operations across robotics, agents, and automated decision workflows. Our approach uses modular verification protocols and interoperable AI tooling engineered for enterprise requirements in auditability, compliance, and performance. By aligning cryptographic assurance with real world AI behavior, we set the stage for autonomous systems that operate with accountability, clarity, and scale across critical industries.

You will be a part of an operational engine behind our global marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, engaging with vendors, and supporting regional teams to align with our mission of driving attention and innovation in Web3 and AI/ML technologies. You will thrive in this position if you excel at turning complex, rapidly changing objectives into coordinated workflows, fostering collaboration across time zones, and maintaining operational momentum in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Enforce quality checks (screenshots, non-AI comments, eligibility)
- Coordinate timing across platforms
- Compile weekly analytics + recommendations for improvements

- Prepare KOL and ambassador starter packs
- Coordinate cross-posts across X communities, Discord, and Telegram
- Evaluate which narratives resonate most with each audience segment
4. KOL & Ambassador Coordination
- Maintain a list of trusted KOLs + track their performance
- Communicate guidelines, FAQs, and messaging templates
- Ensure posts meet quality standards (not spammy, not AI-written)
- Manage weekly check-ins and performance snapshots
- Evaluate effectiveness of each partner and recommend adjustments to the roster
5. Growth Experiments
- Propose and test new community growth methods
- Explore collaborations, cross-quests, and partnerships

- Experience with Kaito influence network
- Fluent in designing simple graphics (Canva or basic Figma)
- Ability to run influencer budgets (KOLs, etc.)
- Understanding of KPIs for community growth
Qualification:
You are deeply curious about how humans and machines think. Ideas from cognitive science, psychology, and AI feel interconnected to you, and you enjoy exploring how people make decisions, how communities react to incentives, and how intelligent systems form patterns. This curiosity fuels your ability to learn quickly across unfamiliar domains, whether you are parsing a concept in zkML, examining agent behavior, or breaking down a complex workflow into something a community can easily grasp. You absorb new information fast and can turn it into practical insight just as quickly.
You operate with initiative and independence. When given a problem, you ask sharp questions, identify the underlying dynamics, and drive the work forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions. Ownership comes naturally to you because you care about outcomes and want to see your ideas executed well. You communicate with clarity, shifting comfortably between technical detail and human-centered explanation. You want to discuss AI reasoning with engineers, then write a concise message for a broad audience that captures the essence without losing precision.
You notice the details that others miss. Small changes in sentiment, subtle behavior patterns, or inconsistencies in tone stand out to you, and you treat them as meaningful signals about how a community thinks and feels. This sensitivity helps you enforce quality standards even in fast-moving environments where information changes quickly. You enjoy balancing analytical thinking with hands-on action exploring how narratives take shape, then testing those narratives through prompts, content, or lightweight experiments that generate measurable learning.
You bring consistent energy and a problem-solving mindset. You see community building as working with a living system that evolves in response to incentives, identity, and shared understanding, and you view game theory as a powerful way to analyze how those incentives align, diverge, or reinforce one another. You have a genuine interest in Web3, AI, and emerging technology, and you follow these ecosystems not just for news but for the behavioral patterns and strategic interactions underneath. You are comfortable experimenting, making small mistakes along the way, and improving every cycle because iteration helps you refine your intuition for what resonates and why.
Ready to help build the future? Let's go
(P.S. Formal education is nice but not required – we care way more about what you can do and how you think.)
