Senior Account Coordinator, PR + Communications – Travel + Lifestyle

Love travel, culture, and storytelling? Coveted Co. is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team. You'll support day-to-day on one of our flagship travel clients in addition to lifestyle and hospitality brands across our portfolio; creating ideas, campaigns, and experiences that connect people to places. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings experience in travel, PR, and/or integrated marketing.

Coveted Co. is a boutique marketing and PR agency specializing in travel, lifestyle, and destination storytelling. We develop creative strategies that connect brands with audiences through culture, content, and experience. Our clients include some of the world's leading names in aviation, tourism, hospitality, real estate, and design.

What you'll DO.

• Support the daily management of client accounts across travel, tourism, and lifestyle sectors.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing, PR, and trade plans tailored to the Canadian market.
• Research and build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners, from journalists and content creators to tour operators and travel advisors.
• Coordinate logistics for trade activations including FAM trips, consumer and trade shows, and media events.
• Draft press materials, media lists, briefing notes, and coverage reports.
• Support media pitching, influencer outreach, and event planning to generate meaningful coverage and engagement.
• Track trends, monitor media, and surface creative opportunities that help clients stand out.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, reporting, and invoice coordination.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and new business research as part of a collaborative, creative team.
• Represent Coveted Co. and our clients at select industry events and networking opportunities.

About YOU.

• Must have 1–2 years of PR or communications experience (ideally within travel, tourism, or lifestyle).
• Thrive in a work hard, play hard environment – understanding that events, campaigns and client needs sometimes extend beyond 9-5 and into evenings or weekends.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn, no task too small, no idea too big.
• Strong writer and communicator who thrives on building relationships.
• Get excited at the prospect of meeting a new journalist contact for a coffee and fostering that relationship.
• Scour the weekend papers looking for new story ideas and writers for next week's pitch.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• A team player with curiosity for culture, travel, and storytelling.
• Excited by the global nature of the work and appreciate that the best opportunities don't always fall within nine-to-five and that's part of the fun.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva; familiarity with Meltwater, Cision, or MuckRack is a plus.
• French or Turkish language skills are considered an asset.
