We are looking for a professional, motivated and committed Lifestyle Managers in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge, contacts, and expertise to manage interesting and often complex member requests. As a language specialist, your focus will primarily cover Travel, Retail, and Entertainment, including restaurants and ticketing across the Middle East market.

You will use your research, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver personalized solutions to member requests within specified timeframes, ensuring an exceptional member experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of knowledge within your team and across the company, helping to elevate Ten's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage member requests within agreed deadlines, providing excellent restaurant options and engaging fully with members to maximise booking conversion.
  • Promote the wider Ten business to members and take briefs or suggest services from other teams (e.g., tickets, travel, motor, home improvement).
  • Maintain your home page to ensure tasks are completed on time and priorities are easily identifiable in your absence.
  • Support Team Leaders and the Member Satisfaction team in resolving customer care issues related to your member requests, leveraging your personal contacts with key restaurant staff where possible.
  • Confidently negotiate benefits with suppliers (e.g., restaurants, transfers) and secure bookings when members cannot do so themselves.
  • Gather member feedback from completed requests and share it via appropriate channels to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat usage of services.
  • Maintain high standards of service and communication with members throughout the entire request journey.
  • Keep administration and research relating to members and their requests up to date in real time on the in-house knowledge management system, ensuring 100% accuracy to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Capitalise on requests that may generate commission for Ten and ensure accurate invoicing is produced.
  • Provide members with confidence that if their first-choice request cannot be fulfilled, the Lifestyle Manager, as the specialist, will offer the next best option. Manage member requests within agreed deadlines, providing excellent restaurant options and engaging fully with members to maximise booking conversion.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary education or equivalent industry-specific training, ideally focused on tourism.
  • Strong local knowledge of news, events, and culture in the Middle East (primarily Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha) and other key markets across Asia is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the travel sector is advantageous, including firsthand experience booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements with confidence.
  • Background in leisure-focused industries such as hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call centre environments.
  • Solid understanding of the luxury lifestyle and the expectations of affluent clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills when engaging with members, suppliers, and clients, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly and resourcefully.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Strong online research skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Passionate about customer service and providing local insights and recommendations.
  • High work ethic and dedication to excellence.
  • Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week)

Shift Patterns

  • Rotational shifts 5 days a week example either Tuesday - Saturday / or Sunday - Thursday; 9 hours including 1 hour of lunch break. Day shift hours to be discussed in interview.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:

  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete
