Job Overview
Responsible for leading large-scale projects within the assigned category or brand, including but not limited to new platform innovation initiatives and highly visible capital projects. The Sr. Manager, Business Development interfaces with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization, including brand stewards in Marketing, R&D, and Finance, as well as technical and execution resources in Engineering and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercialization efforts for large-scale projects, platform innovation programs, and significant capital initiatives to support long-term business growth and brand objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed commercialization plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with functional leads.
  • Manage communication with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Actively live and role model our Leadership competencies by holding self and team (including all direct report 'people leaders') accountable for creating a positive work. environment and culture through administration of our People Processes and Tools
  • Ensure that employees work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and company's health and safety program.
  • Foster a culture of quality improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Recipe For Success

  • Completion of Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with direct project management responsibility
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end processes in both manufacturing and business environments
  • Demonstrated leadership and critical-thinking skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy and manage complex, multifaceted initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytics, problem-solving, and financial acumen to support data-driven decision-making
  • Highly action-oriented with a strong drive for results and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management skills
