**Job description**:
As part of the development team and supervised by the Chief of Revenue, the Business Development Manager will support the organization’s activities by developing strong relationships with existing and new clients and key business executives by identifying new business opportunities and by improving the overall customer experience.

**Your responsibilities will be to**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management issues;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients;
- Negotiate and obtain financing agreements;
- Develop advisory and trusted relationships with key accounts and clients;
- Ensure coordination on the financing and equipment delivery with solutions based on customer needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement;
- Work closely with the manufacturer or distributor teams;
- Analyze the transactions and client’s needs or requests;
- Participate in collecting all the required information to set up the financing proposal;
- Participate in preparing the financing offer and in performing all the necessary follow-ups;
**Skills and qualifications**:

- Business, Economics, or Marketing degree or equivalent experience in an appropriate field;
- Possess a high knowledge of sales principles and practices;
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
- Demonstrate good judgment and business knowledge;
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written;
- Self-governing and very organized;
- Available to travel;
- French speaking is an asset (written and verbal);
