**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with vice president and marketing teams to develop trade show strategies and to create effective promotional programs and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with suppliers for training, support, and referral opportunities to strengthen market presence & knowledge.
- Enhance internal procedures for handling inquiries, quotations, presentations, and proactive sales contact programs.
- Utilize our software, including ACT, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Manage and adjust pricing decks to ensure alignment between supplier and customer pricing relationships.
- Motivate and work closely with the sales team and branch employees to enhance overall business performance.
- Participation in industry events and trade shows.
- Tasks may change as the company grows

**Skills**
- Proficient in CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
- Strong business development acumen with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent strategic planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with marketing principles to support business development efforts.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and supplier/customer dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
