We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards
  • Cook and assemble dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
  • Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Support kitchen staff during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and sanitation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry best practices
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
