Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. All staff members at Let me be Frank will learn to wear many hats. You will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring high-quality food service, as well as taking customer orders running food and keeping the restaurant spotless. If you have a passion for cooking, customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, sautéing, and preparing sauces and toppings.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is stored properly and meets food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and maintain freshness

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and best practices
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication, customer service and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
