Company Overview
Brilliex Pest Control provides exceptional pest control services in the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an office administrator/receptionist. Bookkeeping experience (Quickbooks) is an added asset. We look forward to speaking with you.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails
- Book appointments using our CRM system
- Keep contact with field technicians & provide administrative support
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction of service & ask for reviews
- Make Invoices, Process payments & update system accordingly
- Ensure kitchen/offices/facilities are stocked with items (stationary, cleaning and pantry items) and clean as necessary
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the team.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, reports, etc.
- Strong typing skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Comfortability and experience with sales.
- Able to write and format moderately complex correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
