. This role sits at the heart of complex, high-value transactions and is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing sophisticated deals, managing risk, and working closely with internal partners to structure smart financing solutions.
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the analysis, guidance, and risk management of
high-complexity commercial files
, using your financial expertise and business acumen to influence meaningful decisions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex commercial financing files and formulate clear, well-supported recommendations
- Structure financing packages, including guarantees and follow-up conditions
- Conduct periodic reviews of financing files
- Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners, teamwork is part of the day-to-day
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Banking experience analyzing commercial real estate deals over $5M (required)
- Strong financial and market analysis skills
- Solid understanding of credit risk across commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural markets
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Must currently live in Ontario
