A large publicly traded company is seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join a growing and dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on providing support for year-end audits within a complex legal entity structure. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with preparing financial statements, consolidations, commentary, and other tasks required to ensure smooth year-end audit completion.

Position: Senior Financial Analyst-Property Management division

Location: Toronto, ON (5 days onsite)

Duration: 6+month contract(
possibility of extending or converting into a full-time role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for year-end audits, including preparing financial statements and schedules.
  • Assist in consolidating financials across multiple entities and providing commentary as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CPA designation required.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting and year-end audit support.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
