About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across Canada and the United States. This contractor will focus on hiring for Technology, Product, and Marketing roles, reporting to and partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, and working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, a solid understanding of competitive talent markets, and a track record of filling roles quickly without compromising quality. Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technology, Product, and Marketing roles across Canada and the U.S., in partnership with and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.
- Partner with the hiring managers to understand role requirements, market availability, and sourcing strategies.
- Create and execute targeted sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system.
- Partner on offer preparation and negotiations, collaborating closely with People Operations to support aligned, timely offers.
- Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and recommendations to hiring teams.
- Support employer branding initiatives as needed.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house environments.
- Demonstrated success in filling technology, product, and/or marketing roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with talent markets across Canada and the U.S.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with ATS tools, like Jobvite ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Available for a 1-year contract
