We specialize in offering tailored energy solutions to industrial and commercial clients, empowering businesses to optimize their energy consumption and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media channels, networking, and referrals to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit, presenting only the most qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Conduct first and second interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment with the organization.
  • Develop and refine job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring they accurately reflect the role's requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with upper management to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill various roles within the organization.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and timely closures.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the CEO on recruitment metrics, including progress against KPIs, candidate pipeline status, and key insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best recruitment practices, continuously adapting strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Sales & customer service experience is considered an asset, demonstrating your ability to effectively "sell" opportunities to candidates, and support them through the recruitment process.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that translate seamlessly to phone or video conference interactions, building rapport and trust with candidates.
  • Strategic thinker with the motivation and drive to exceed expectations and deliver results consistently.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a "go-getter" attitude, always seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation.
