Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and cold calling.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to identify talent pools and develop lead generation strategies for passive candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support onboarding processes and assist in employee relations initiatives related to recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in training & development activities to stay current on recruiting techniques and compliance standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources roles with a focus on sourcing top talent.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively.
  • Excellent interviewing skills combined with the ability to assess candidate fit for various roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or ATS tools such as Lever.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to research industry trends and utilize data-driven approaches for talent sourcing.
