Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and cold calling.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Conduct research on industry trends to identify talent pools and develop lead generation strategies for passive candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support onboarding processes and assist in employee relations initiatives related to recruitment efforts.
- Participate in training & development activities to stay current on recruiting techniques and compliance standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources roles with a focus on sourcing top talent.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively.
- Excellent interviewing skills combined with the ability to assess candidate fit for various roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or ATS tools such as Lever.
- Effective communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to research industry trends and utilize data-driven approaches for talent sourcing.

Pay: $47,920.64-$81,456.41 per year
