Join our FC team as an experienced Producer to help us create engaging and fun in-game experiences. You will be focused on feature-implementation which incorporates input from both internal and external partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and understanding of creative goals.
- Craft and document a detailed direction for features you are responsible for and own messaging to team members and partners.
- Represent EA FC with external partners and work with them to agree on product needs.
- Meet quality standards, aligning to the targets that have been defined.
- Use an understanding of the competitor landscape, market opportunities, and partner expectations to shape the product vision.
- Work with diverse teams to coordinate dependencies and deliverables.
- Present product vision to all internal and external partners.
- You will report to the FC Core Ops Lead Producer
Who You Are
- At least 3+ years of experience in a game production, design or tech role.
- Understanding of sports broadcasting workflows and production.
- Understand competitive analysis on gaps, innovations or trends in the gaming or related industries.
- Understand basic quality expectations concerning the video game and sports entertainment broadcast industry.
Work Environment
This role is based in our collaborative studio in Vancouver, Canada. You must be willing to relocate before starting.
Compensation And Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
