Oscar C Wong Professional Corporation is currently seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk to join our firm on a full-time, in-person basis. The successful candidate will assist with Ontario residential real estate transaction files and support the smooth operation of our real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and mortgage transactions
  • Prepare and manage closing documents, title searches, and relevant correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and other law firms as necessary
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and filed
  • Maintain organized files and manage deadlines to ensure timely closings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ontario residential real estate law
  • Basic understanding of the real estate transaction process in Ontario
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files concurrently
  • Proficiency with legal software and office tools is an asset

Work Schedule:

  • In-person at our Richmond Hill office
  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Compensation:

  • Salary commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
