Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions (Residential & Commercial) from open to close.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate all necessary closing documents.
  • Conduct and review title and off-title searches.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and other legal offices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate Law is required.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with Teraview and conveyancing software (Unity or LDD) is highly valued. Familiarity with PC Law is an asset.
  • Education: A Law Clerk diploma is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
