Position Summary:

D.A.D. Sales is seeking a versatile and motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support both our inside sales and marketing teams.

This dynamic position bridges the gap between departments — providing sales coverage, managing customer communication and quote follow-up, and assisting with marketing initiatives that keep customers engaged and the sales pipeline moving.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable working across multiple functions. They will ensure consistent follow-up, CRM accuracy, and coordinated marketing execution, especially during busy periods or when other team members are away.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coverage

  • Provide overflow and coverage support for inside sales representatives, including during vacations or peak workloads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure all communication is handled promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and update sales quotes as needed, coordinating with the outside sales and operations teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and ensure seamless workflow between departments.

CRM & Communication Management

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics (Sales & Customer Service) for all customer records, leads, and opportunities.
  • Follow up on open quotes and track progress through Dynamics to ensure timely responses and closure.
  • Record all touchpoints and communication activity for full visibility across the sales team.
  • Generate reports on quote activity, lead conversion, and customer engagement metrics.

Marketing Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content, promotional materials, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate event logistics for tradeshows, webinars, or customer programs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and contribute ideas for continual improvement.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Standardize templates, workflows, and documentation for cross-departmental consistency.
  • Support reporting and tracking for leadership visibility on key initiatives.
  • Assist with general administrative coordination as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Marketing diploma or equivalent experience required. 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, marketing coordination, or customer service (B2B environment preferred). Willing to train new marketing graduates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (Sales and Customer Service) and Office 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between sales and marketing tasks effectively.
