About the Role

We're seeking a motivated
Hybrid Sales Associate
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll connect with residential and commercial clients in person, over the phone, and at community events. You'll educate customers on the benefits of solar and electrical solutions, helping them find the best fit for their needs while driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage residential and commercial sales leads
  • Engage with customers through calls, meetings, and local events
  • Clearly explain solar and electrical products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales progress
  • Mentor and support team members as needed

What We Offer

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience (retail or direct sales)
  • Bonus: Experience in solar, electrical, or construction industries
  • Bonus: Leadership or team management experience

Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
  • Flexible, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Team player with a professional and proactive attitude

Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
