Role Description: Sales Expert
Classification
This is a permanent, full-time professional position primarily working Monday-Friday during business hours.
Opportunity for uncapped commission earnings (above base salary).

Mission
The Sales Expert helps propels continued growth of our company, securing strategic partnerships and new revenue.
Targeting many of the most iconic brands across North America and beyond, the Sales Expert will plan, drive and deliver new business revenue while laying the foundation for long-term client partnerships.

Key Focuses
- Plan and execute leading sales tactics to achieve new business revenue targets.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales proposals; travel as relevant to meet with qualified prospects to negotiate and close deals.
- Attend trade shows and industry events; be involved with the local business aviation community, and leverage digital tools such LinkedIn, blogs etc. to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience
- Legally able to permanently work in Canada and travel globally.
- Knowledge of and experience in the business aviation sector is a strong asset; pilot's license is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and other business tools (Salesforce, SharePoint, Canva); experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- Current, unrestricted driver's license and valid passport for international travel.
- Several years of successful relevant experience; related diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation, Benefits, and Travel
- Base salary - $75,000 - $84,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Commissions - Uncapped earning potential in commissions.
- Benefits - Comprehensive package, including extended health care, Health Spending Account (HAS) and Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), generous vacation, and a flexible, growth-oriented work environment.
- Travel - company-paid travel approx. 25-30% of the time, typically 3-4 business days per trip. Occasional weekend travel required, with consideration given for time off in-lieu.

Employee Location & Hybrid environment
- Metro Vancouver, Calgary, or Greater Toronto preferred.
- Work primarily from home, with scheduled in-office collaboration 4-5 days per month at our Vancouver Office (depending on proximity).
- All necessary business tools, secure platform access, and required IT support are provided by the company.
