What You'll Accomplish With Us
As a Sales Associate you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and BDMs to develop and implement business plans that achieve sales objectives.
- Promote iA products and execute sales campaigns while soliciting new business and sharing growth ideas.
- Deliver training to advisors on products, sales concepts, and tools, and maintain regular touchpoints for support and reinforcement.
- Analyze advisor business models and provide portfolio recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Leverage CRM systems and create impactful presentations to optimize sales efforts.
- Review sales reports to identify opportunities and refine prospecting strategies.
- Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

- Has experience in the individual insurance industry or brokerage environment and holds a Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma.
