Inside Sales & Business Development Representative (Contract) - PNP Group

Location: Initial training (Home Office - Seton) transitioning to Full-Time Remote (Work-From-Home)

PNP Group is a contract sales organization representing seven Canadian asset-based trucking companies, offering specialized logistics solutions including flat deck, closed van, bulk, and intermodal.

The Role

This entry-level Inside Sales role focuses on identifying and qualifying new prospects to secure meetings for our Outside Sales Team. After initial home office training, this position transitions to a full-time remote setup. The ideal candidate is a high-energy self-starter with a clear path for growth into a commission-based Outside Sales or Management position.

Key Responsibilities

* Aggressively research and identify prospective clients for specialized transportation solutions.

* Utilize strong computer skills and AI tools to build email campaigns and generate qualified lead lists.

* Successfully schedule introductory meetings for the Outside Sales Team.

* Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions.

Required Skills & Attributes

* Exceptional command of computers, software, and AI tools for prospecting.

* Excellent written communication for professional digital outreach. (Strong phone skills are an asset).

* Must be an excellent multitasker, able to think quickly on their feet, and work effectively under pressure.

* Highly motivated and self-directed.

* Experience in transportation/logistics is an advantage.

Compensation & Growth

* Paid as an Independent Contractor (1099 Equivalent); bi-weekly payments. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.

* Clear path to advancement into a commission-based Outside Sales Executive role or Management positions, offering unlimited earnings potential.
