Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing immigration forms (e.g., asylum applications, green card renewals, work permits)
  • Organize and maintain client files (physical and digital)
  • Perform data entry and update case tracking systems.
  • Schedule client appointments and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research on immigration policies and procedures.
  • Support staff with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Interest in immigration law, social justice, or community service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience with immigration or legal work is a plus, but not required
