Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with your teammates, maintaining open communication during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
  • Keep the dining area clean and organized, supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
  • Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, using your expertise to enhance the guest experience.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Serving Experience: 1+ years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and friendliness, while working collaboratively with the team.
  • Guest-Focused Mindset: You're committed to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
  • Multitasking Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
