Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

About Us
Forest to Finish Cabinetry is a small, family-run cabinetry manufacturing and sales business based in Edmonton. With a team of five, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and a supportive work environment. We are seeking a full-time Administrative & Project Support Coordinator to help keep our office, projects, and communications organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails
- Organize documents, job files, and records
- Enter data into internal systems
- Order materials, supplies, and office items as required
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Provide general support to the sales and office team
Bookkeeping Support
- Enter daily transactions into QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and send invoices
- Track payments and receipts
- Assist with payroll processing
- Coordinate with an external bookkeeper as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Comfortable supporting multiple tasks and deadlines
- Computer and software proficiency; willingness to learn new systems
- Experience in administration, project coordination, or bookkeeping is an asset but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
