About Us

We are a well-established and reputable roofing company specializing in residential and commercial roof repairs, replacements, and inspections. With a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Bookkeeper to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and roofing crews
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Prepare and manage service agreements and job documentation
  • Order office and jobsite supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

Bookkeeping Duties:

  • Record daily transactions in QuickBooks or similar software
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end accounting
  • Work with accountant to ensure records are tax-ready

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a strong asset
