Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will work alongside our senior sales staff to support them in all sales-related activities. This role will specifically focus on a new business vertical that directly offers our services to large-scale production builders in the Calgary market. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive timely documents, training, and support, and will be an active advocate for any outstanding needs they have with Digital Lifestyles.

This role will require travel to showhomes, experience centers, and other locations within the Calgary market.

As a smart home integration company, it is an added benefit if you have a working knowledge of home automation systems such as Google Home, Apple Home, and Samsung SmartThings. Even better if you are a self-proclaimed smart home enthusiast.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, achieve targets, and create growth strategies.
  • Experience in delivering Training to clients to ensure proper understanding and utilization of technology solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • The ability to work in a CRM or the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of technology systems and automation solutions is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
