Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Calgary, AB. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable automotive options to meet their requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, processing sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to growing and sustaining long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
  • Sales techniques, negotiation skills, and experience handling various sales transactions effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and a passion for staying updated on industry trends; prior experience in the automotive industry is beneficial.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to the dynamic needs of the role.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
  • Previous experience in sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
