As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Furniture sales REQUIRED.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance effectively.
  • Ability to sell products confidently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
  • Experience with product demos to effectively showcase merchandise features to customers.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
