We're looking for a Sales Champion This individual must be personable, a master at establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clientele, and have the ability to juggle several tasks or projects at the same time.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain top notch customer service in person, on the phone and via email
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers
• Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
• Identify areas for company growth
• Remain up-to-date with product knowledge and share knowledge with client network
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
• Managing the sales process from beginning to end
• Prioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
• Conduct ethical, professional and engaging sales presentations
• Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols
• Occasional travel for work required
• Bring your enthusiasm and positivity to work

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experience
• Post secondary education in Business or related field (an asset)
• Previous trailer/equipment sales experience
• Knowledge and experience in agriculture industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with trailers Flaman offers
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through
• Computer competency, proficient with word, excel & outlook
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitude
• Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
• Must have valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and satisfactory criminal record check
• Have a great sense of humor
