We are seeking a motivated and dynamic and experienced Car Salesperson to join our team at a reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, enabling them to connect with clients and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle. This role requires a blend of outside sales experience, negotiation skills, must know about cars and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
  • Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and dealership inventory.

Requirements

  • Local valid driving license
  • Car diving is necessary
  • Must know about cars
  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the automotive industry or high-end sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
  • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
  • Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.
