SAPPHIRE MOTORS is a trusted name in Surrey’s used car market, offering a wide selection of reliable pre-owned vehicles. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Car Salesperson** to join our growing team.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in car sales (used or new).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Recommend vehicles based on customer needs.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features.
- Negotiate and close sales confidently.
- Maintain customer follow-ups and build long-term relationships.

**Compensation**:

- **$1,800/month** base salary during the 3-month probation period.
- Commission structure.
- Career growth opportunities within the dealership.

**Location**:
On-site at **2283 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC**
