We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team. Duties

  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and basic cooking under supervision
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
  • Support food handling procedures following safety and hygiene standards
  • Help with organizing supplies and ingredients to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Assist with serving food to guests or customers as needed
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and adherence to food safety regulations
  • Support the team during busy hours by performing miscellaneous tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene practices
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from senior staff
