Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring food safety standards are met and that the kitchen operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and teamwork, with experience in cleaning, food preparation, or restaurant settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic food preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
  • Support with dishwashing and waste disposal to ensure a tidy workspace
  • Help with organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient kitchen operations
  • Assist in setting up serving areas and assisting with food service as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Support the team during busy meal periods to ensure timely service
