Position 1: Custom Cabinet & Millwork Nesting Designer (Mozaik Software)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Custom Cabinet & Millwork Nesting Designer with hands-on experience in Mozaik software and CNC nesting. Applicants must have hands-on Mozaik experience and CNC nesting proficiency. This role is ideal for a professional who can produce accurate, production-ready shop drawings and CNC files, combining attention to detail with fabrication experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate shop drawings and CNC production files using Mozaik software
- Interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and on-site measurements to design fabrication-ready custom cabinets and millwork
- Optimize CNC nesting, generate toolpaths, and label parts to maximize production efficiency
- Collaborate with production, installation, and project teams to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain and standardize drawing/file libraries
- Support workflow improvements, templates, and CNC output standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mozaik software (design + CNC programming)
- Strong understanding of CNC nesting and toolpath principles
- Ability to convert drawings into CNC-ready production files
- Problem-solving skills and effective communication for team collaboration
Position 2: Custom Cabinet & Millwork Installer / Field Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Installer / Field Technician with advanced skills in custom cabinet and millwork installation. Applicants must have advanced installation skills and proven experience with custom cabinets/millwork. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and can execute complex installations precisely according to shop drawings and design specifications. This is a high-skill position for professionals committed to quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally install custom cabinets, built-ins, and millwork according to shop drawings and specifications
- Verify and adjust on-site measurements to ensure perfect fit and alignment
- Collaborate with designers, production, and project teams to anticipate and resolve installation challenges
- Maintain the highest standards of precision, quality, and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all installation tasks
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex installation issues independently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in custom cabinet/millwork installation
- Proven ability to read and interpret shop drawings accurately
- Advanced technical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with project teams
