Office Administrator/Receptionist

L'école de conduite Oméga vous offre une opportunité d'emploi, à temps plein, à titre de secrétaire administrative/représentant au service à la clientèle dans nos bureaux de Montréal où nous offrons des cours de conduite en classe et sur la route à nos étudiants. Le poste en question est notamment axé sur le service à la clientèle ce pourquoi nous cherchons un ou une candidate enthousiaste, dynamique, professionnelle, autonome et ponctuelle ayant de très bonne compétence en matière de service à la clientèle.
Responsabilités
- Fournir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle pour assurer la satisfaction complète des clients et répondre à leurs questions avec efficacité et courtoisie
- Céduler les rendez-vous et préparer le matériel nécessaire
- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone
- Recueillir des informations auprès du client pour faire des recommandations appropriées quant aux services offerts
- Saisie des données électronique et papier
Compétences requises
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience préalable en service à la clientèle
- Une expérience en vente est un atout
- Avoir une bonne rapidité d'exécution et pouvoir effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément;
- Excellentes compétences en communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit en français et en anglais
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles
- Diplôme d'études secondaire

Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction and responding to their questions efficiently and courteously
- Schedule appointments and prepare necessary material
- Answering clients' inquiries by phone
- Gather information from the customer to make appropriate recommendations regarding the services we offer to our students
- Electronic and paper data entry
Skill Requirements
- 1-3 years prior experience in customer service
- Sales experience is an asset
- Efficient and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in French and English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
