Essential Responsibilities:
**Reception**
- Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate department
- Greets all clients to the office
- Provides visitors with name registration and escorts visitors as needed
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Ensure conference rooms are stocked and presentable for client meetings
**Mail Processing**
- Receive, sort and scan documents into database
- Distributes mail throughout office as required
**Data Entry**
- Working on excel reports for clients, helping accounts receivable department
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support roles
- High School Diploma, College degree preferred
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Superior attention to detail

- S'assurer que les salles de conférence sont approvisionnées et présentables pour les réunions avec les clients
**Traitement du courrier**:
- Recevoir, trier et numériser des documents dans la base de données
- Distribue le courrier dans tout le bureau au besoin
- La saisie des données
- Travailler sur des rapports Excel pour les clients, aider le service des comptes clients
**Qualifications**
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en tant que réceptionniste, assistante administrative ou rôle de soutien de bureau
- Diplôme d'études secondaires, diplôme d'études collégiales préféré
- Bilingue (anglais et français)
- Doit avoir des compétences informatiques de base, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Une attention supérieure aux détails
