Responsibilities

  • Find and onboard new shippers/customers.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry connections.
  • Negotiate rates and close new business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work with dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track market trends and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in trucking/logistics/freight sales.
  • Proven ability to bring new customers or manage accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of flatbed/step-deck/B-train freight is an asset.
  • Existing customer network is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
