Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Find and onboard new shippers/customers.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry connections.
- Negotiate rates and close new business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work with dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in trucking/logistics/freight sales.
- Proven ability to bring new customers or manage accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of flatbed/step-deck/B-train freight is an asset.
- Existing customer network is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
