**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods
- Employing regional and global knowledge in developing new sales areas and markets
- Planning and directing marketing or advertising campaigns
- Maintenance of Website and Social Media Platforms
- Collaborating with the sales units of clients/accounts to promote business retention
- Optimizing/leveraging on available resources to Meet Set Sales Targets
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients/franchisees
- Managing contracts
- Addressing client complaints or concerns

**Qualifications**
- Leadership, Marketing and Project Management skills
- A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business
- Consulting and Sales experience
- Knowledge in interpreting company financial data and the ability to analyze it
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet targets
- Knowledge of the luxury goods market is a plus
- A Degree or Certificate in Business Administration or related field/Professional Experience
- Valid Provincial (MB) Driver’s License and own Car

**Compensation Structure**
- Fully Commission Based - void of fixed monthly/base salary or allowance.
- 15% Gross Profit Commission (less taxes) sales or deals (including repeat orders) directly made or brought in by the Business Development Partner.
- Commission is payable in CAD$ to agreed party’s bank account after every full service delivery and receipt of client's full payment.

Our company is a small Startup with a lot of business potentials and great financial reward opportunities for any diligent and ambitious business development or sales and marketing professional. There will be no restrictions whatsoever on your ability to earn as much money as you can. Your earnings will be based on the dollar values of deals or orders you acquire from time to time.

The negotiated and agreed gross profit percentage (%) commission will be in continuum; that is commission will be payable to you for every newly acquired deal and every repeat order/sale from established accounts or clients.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-01
