MoveMobility has a new and exciting opportunity for you to utilize your passion for Business Development. We are in search of a Business Development Executive who can help us build our Prospecting lists and increase our pipeline. With a focus on Wheelchair Accessible, Medical Transportation providers.

Working out of our Winnipeg, MB office, you will be a key member of our Sales Team finding and driving new business leads to our team of Account Executives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help MoveMobility build find new market opportunities across all market segments
- Meet and exceed specific lead generation KPIs. vehicle sales in the assigned territory
- **The phone will be your secret weapon. You must be **comfortable with phone prospecting every day
- Working daily with the Salesforce CRM tool and being responsible for entering and updating all client activities associated with leads, opportunities, and sales.
- Schedule initial client meetings with new qualified leads
- Conduct and report on assigned number of daily sales-oriented activity and collaborate with the team to develop efficient strategies.
- Be curious and stay up to date with MoveMobility’s product lineup.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Post-Secondary University Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent would be an asset
- Minimum **two** (2) years experience in lead generation, B2B marketing, and Sales Optimization
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proven ability to implement campaigns that generate leads and achieve sales objectives
- Experience understanding marketing channels and their role in lead generation
- CRM experience
- Lead Management experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Consultative Selling experience would be an asset
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
