South Vancouver Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is reliable, organized, and enjoys helping others. Located conveniently on the second floor of Superstore in South Vancouver, our clinic offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology services. We're a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality care and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist patients with appointment bookings (in-person, by phone, and email)
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing, and insurance claims
  • Provide friendly and professional responses to inquiries
  • Keep patient records accurate and organized (digital and paper)
  • Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked clinic environment
  • Coordinate with insurers such as ICBC and WSBC
  • Support our clinicians and admin team to keep operations running smoothly

Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service
  • Familiarity with appointment booking software (Jane App experience is a plus)
  • Comfort using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and general office tools

Position Details

  • Type: Part-Time / Casual
  • Pay: $18–$19 per hour
  • Availability: Morning, evening, and weekend shifts required
  • Preference for candidates local to South Vancouver and interested in long-term growth and lives close by.
