Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Brampton, ON. The individual will provide executive support through administrative tasks, manage communications, and maintain organized clerical processes. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing phone calls and correspondence, preparing and organizing documents, and supporting senior leadership in achieving business objectives. The role requires strong organizational skills, consistent professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, calendar management, and support of high-level executives
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, ensuring professional and effective interaction with stakeholders
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education or administrative certification is preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role, especially in an executive support capacity, is an asset
