Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and fabrication tasks to ensure optimal functionality of our systems and equipment both in the wahrehouse and in the field..

Responsibilities

 Provide support to customers as requires and on-site service

 Good understanding of electromechanical equipment

 Electronic repairs and good diagnostic skills

 Knowledge of networking, computer and camera system

 Know how to handle power tools

 Actively participate in process improvement initiatives

 Strong verbal communication and strong customer service skills

 Willing to work in a team as well as independent without much supervision

Prepare all orders for shipment

 Picking and filling orders

 Track and document shipment arrival and departure times

 Tag and label merchandise

 Maintain level of inventory on much needed parts/materials

 Assist with physical inventory count

Skills

  • Experience in the parking industry is an asset
  •  Hands on experience with camera, security or access equipment installation
  •  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  •  Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
  •  Ability to effectively manage time
  •  AUTOCAD would be helpful but not essentialJoin us as a Service Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,978.41-$87,754.25 per year
