**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Operations Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, managing shipping and receiving activities, and measuring and cutting materials for manufacturing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and contributes to the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean, sweep, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Organize inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure materials are stored correctly.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to meet manufacturing specifications.
- Assist in packing and preparing items for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and cutting tools.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse and production needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Forklift Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift (certification preferred).
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, especially for woodworking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, especially in the sign industry.
- Basic understanding of sign-making materials and processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
