Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for many aspects of dealership marketing, coordinating with different teams both inside and outside the dealership.

This job will require onsite presence at both dealership locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan monthly marketing campaign with the assistance of the Senior Marketing Manager, dealership management and outside vendors
  • Assist with the relationship with outside marketing agencies and 3rd party vendors.
  • Monitor and appropriately respond to fan comments & messages on social media.
  • Assist with the coordination of cross-departmental efforts and sales events.
  • Assist in developing, executing, and managing multi-platform campaigns (Google, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Website)
  • Help to keep website and social media content fresh, current, and relevant. New ideas are always welcome
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on various aspects of marketing within the dealership.
  • Knowledge of graphic design skills are preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of and experience with basic photography and video editing strongly preferred

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Advertising; Experience in Automotive Industry an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in relevant field
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (Microsoft Office also an asset).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of OMVIC advertising guidelines would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
  • Ability to employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems, as necessary.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid & clean driver's license.
