Position Overview:

We want a content creator who lives and breathes social media. Someone who can pick up a camera, walk the lot, and create engaging content that stops people from scrolling. You should understand trends, analytics, and algorithm behavior—and know exactly how to get eyes, clicks, and engagement. A strong on-camera presence and established personal social media style are a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, film, and edit high-impact short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Facebook) that aligns with our brand voice
  • Serve as an on-camera personality and storyteller for the dealership
  • Bring personality, humor, creativity, and energy to every piece of content
  • Use your understanding of social media algorithms to optimize views, engagement, and reach
  • Build and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms
  • Track analytics, insights, and KPIs to guide content strategy
  • Engage with local audiences and respond to comments/messages
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to highlight vehicles, promotions, and events
  • Stay current on trends, viral formats, and platform updates
  • This is a role split between two stores

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience creating successful social media content
  • Strong (and visible) social media presence—please share your profiles
  • Confident, charismatic, and comfortable being the face of our brand
  • Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and their algorithms
  • Ability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas daily
  • Must own a professional-level camera/smartphone setup for filming
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Photography or graphic design experience
  • Experience running ads or influencer campaigns
  • Background in automotive content (not required)
