Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute compelling social media campaigns, manage content creation, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as , Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Use social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and track campaign performance.
  • Conduct web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance brand messaging and manage relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for campaigns and advertisements.
  • Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social listening tools and social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform and e-commerce integration strategies.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored for various platforms including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences, influencers, and partners effectively.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished before publication.
  • Familiarity with public relations strategies within digital spaces is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$30.17 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
