Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, social-media-savvy intern to assist our content and marketing team in expanding our brand and enhancing our digital presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

The successful candidate will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute content strategies and social media marketing campaigns to help increase our brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing content and social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website, etc.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media and advertisements, including text, images, and videos.
  • Edit and enhance images and videos for promotional visuals.
  • Assist in recording videos and editing content.
  • Assist in ideating and maintaining the brand's social media and content calendar.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and interests, and report on best practices for content engagement.
  • Write SEO-optimized descriptions and captions.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Participate in community management by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Research and engage with potential influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Contribute ideas for increasing followers and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and progress on tasks.
  • Support other marketing activities as needed.

Skills

  • Currently pursuing or graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to think creatively and present ideas clearly.
  • Passion for video content creation and editing.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interest in content marketing and social media trends and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their features.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and other image/video editing apps.
  • Ability to understand and analyze social media insights.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles related to social media.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, with some experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Experience in managing personal or business social media accounts is a plus.
