Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will oversee CRM strategies, ensure seamless integration with various platforms, and optimize customer engagement through innovative solutions. This role requires a strong technical background with expertise in cloud services, databases, operating systems, and networking to support the company's growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM platforms leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, and VMware to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
- Manage database systems including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases to support CRM data needs.
- Implement and oversee integrations using REST APIs, ensuring secure data exchange across systems.
- Configure and manage operating environments across Windows, Linux, and other operating systems for optimal performance.
- Maintain network infrastructure including DNS, VPNs, and computer networking components to support CRM access and security.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, Python, JavaScript, and T-SQL to streamline processes.
- Utilize DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker to facilitate continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to VMware ESXi hosts, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in security, data integrity, and system performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud computing, database management, and software development to recommend innovative solutions.
Skills
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware ESXi.
- Proficiency in database management systems: SQL Server (T-SQL), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle (PL/SQL), NoSQL databases.
- Expertise in operating systems: Windows and Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts: DNS configuration, VPN setup, TCP/IP protocols.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration techniques.
- Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Bash (Unix shell scripting), Shell Scripting.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Git version control system, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of Java development frameworks including Java SE/EE for enterprise applications.
- Ability to work with enterprise-grade middleware such as Oracle WebLogic or IBM WebSphere (nice-to-have).

Pay: $43,077.71-$166,427.13 per year
