We are seeking an experienced
Data Architect
with a minimum of
10 years of overall experience
to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
data modeling
,
Databricks
, and
Apache Spark
, and will play a key role in shaping enterprise-level data architecture strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement
    scalable, high-performance data architecture
    solutions across hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem).
  • Lead
    data modeling
    for both structured and unstructured data systems.
  • Architect and optimize
    data pipelines
    using
    Databricks
    and
    Apache Spark
    .
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure
    data quality, integrity, and performance
    .
  • Define and enforce
    data governance
    ,
    security
    , and
    compliance
    standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern
    data technologies, tools, and platforms
    to improve architecture efficiency.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into
    unified, reusable data models
    .
  • Mentor
    and guide data engineers and analysts on architectural best practices and standards.
  • Support
    business intelligence (BI)
    and
    machine learning (ML)
    initiatives by providing reliable and well-structured data foundations.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall data engineering or architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in
    Databricks
    ,
    Apache Spark
    , and
    data modeling
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    data governance
    ,
    security
    , and
    compliance
    frameworks.
  • Experience working with
    cloud platforms
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
